Please use this form to nominate an individual for the Board of Directors. Self-nominations are welcome.
Nominations will be reviewed by the Membership Committee. Individuals may be contacted by the Committee for an interview if needed. Candidates meeting the qualifications for Board representation may be presented to the Board for election.
